Founded by Veterans – Serving Veterans

Established on Veteran’s Day (November 11), 2023, Patriot Connection Services (PCS) is a veteran owned small business 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing services across the nation to current and future veterans of all US military branches connecting them to the privileges and benefits they are entitled to at all levels. We identify, catalog, and simplify access to veteran benefits differentiated by each state, as well as national programs through verified partners.

What We Do

Simplify the Complicated in One Easy Online Location

We have developed a comprehensive, intuitive, location-specific platform that collects up-to-date veterans’ benefits connecting current and future veterans and their families with benefits created for them both locally and nationally. We support this platform with live phone support to further assist veterans learn about their earned privileges and navigate challenging application processes.

We partner with certified Veteran Support Organizations and other veteran support entities to ensure all veterans receive the highest level of care and assistance. Our services are free, and we only promote organizations that pledge the same.

Our Leadership

President and Board Chair
Damon Haycock

Damon is an almost 7-year US Army veteran who served honorably between 1993 – 2000 participating in Operation Safe Haven. He joined at 17 years old and became an Airborne Ranger with the 2/75th Ranger Regiment. He continued his combat arms service in the 25th Infantry Division becoming Air Assault qualified. Damon reenlisted as an Air Traffic Controller serving his final assignment attached to Ft. Rucker, AL. Damon used his GI Bill upon separation to receive his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. He continued his service to his state for the next 15 years in various roles up to Agency Director of the Public Employees’ Benefits Program. He has since received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governor’s University and now serves the private sector as a public sector subject-matter-expert in roles such as Capture Manager, Program Director, and Chief Operating Officer. 

Treasurer and Board Member
Bobby Swain

Bobby is a 4 Year, 4-month US Navy veteran who honorably served between 1994-1998. He was trained as an Electronic Technician for Radar and Communication Systems. He was stationed on the USS Cowpens (CG 63), a guided missile cruiser out of San Diego, CA. He deployed to the Persian Gulf in 1996-1997 as part of Operation Southern Watch. He was given an honorable medical discharge. After his service in the Navy, Bobby used his training in electronics working in Nevada’s Gaming industry. In 2006, he became an employee of the United Stated Postal Service as a mail carrier.

David Frost

Although David has not served in the Armed forces, he has members of his family (Grandfather, Great Uncle, and Uncle) that were service members, as well as many in-laws, coworkers, and close friends, and he is grateful for their sacrifices on behalf of his wife and two sons. David has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Network Systems, which he has put to use in various roles within the State of Nevada’s Division of Welfare and Social Services as an IT Professional in the field of Information Systems Middleware Support.
